Account and data deletion

In the app (recommended)

1. Open Nidi and go to the Settings tab.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.
3. For security, confirm your identity once more with Apple or Google.

Deletion happens immediately.

If you cannot access the app

Send an email with the subject "Nidi account deletion" to mehmetkaradanasoftware@gmail.com from the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with. Your request will be completed within 30 days and you will be notified.

What is deleted

• Your account (user ID, name, email) and your family membership.
• If you are the last family member: the baby's information, caregiver information, all care records and notes, and invite codes.
• If other members remain (e.g. your partner), the baby's records stay for them; only you leave the family.
• If you signed in with Apple, the permission you gave the app is revoked as well.

What may remain

Crash reports, which contain no personal information, are kept in Google Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days. See the privacy policy for details.
